No problem! Just let me know:
If it’s more than 48 hours before your appointment, you can get a full refund or reschedule for free.
If it’s between 24 and 48 hours before, you can reschedule for free or get half your money back.
If it’s less than 24 hours before, or you don’t show up, unfortunately, I can’t offer a refund. But I might be able to reschedule, depending on availability.
Sessions end at the scheduled time, even if you’re late. I can’t extend the session or offer a partial refund for late arrivals.
If the issue is on my end (like internet or equipment), I’ll make it right with a full refund or free reschedule. If the problem’s on your side, the regular cancellation rules apply.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, and it might take up to 10 business days to show up depending on your bank.
