Refund & Cancellation Policy

By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule.

  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a 50% refund or a free reschedule.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, including no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling may be offered at my discretion.

2. Late Arrivals:

  • Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival. No partial refunds will be issued.

3. Technical Issues:

  • If a technical issue on my side prevents the session from taking place, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

  • If a technical issue on your side prevents you from attending, standard cancellation terms apply.

4. Refund Method:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Disputes:

  • All payment disputes must first be addressed with me directly before being escalated to your payment provider.
